Welfare Package Drop Off Point & Timings for Isolated Personnel

 

BFB personnel who would like to send a welfare package for BFB personnel or families in isolation are instructed to drop off their parcels at a Drop-Offf Point at 7 Flt AAC Flight Headquarters, Medicina Lines. POC 7Flt Clerk.

Daily drop off timings are as followed:

  • 0800hrs - 0900hrs

  • 1600hrs - 1700hrs

All parcels must be clearly marked as followed:

  • Full name

  • Hotel name

  • Room number

  • Contents list (no contents list and the parcel will be not be accepted. This is a MoH requirement, otherwise the parcel will be opened)

There is a list of forbidden items such as knives that must not be sent. Please contact your chain of command to obtain the list.

 

Gym and Swimming Pool Update

 

Garrison Gym Update

BFB personnel are no longer required to pre-book the gym. The gym is now open at full capacity with cleaning and hygiene being maintained to the highest standard, Please ensure to clean gym kit before and after use, as well as maintaining the 1 metre social distancing at all times.


Garrison Swimming Pool Update

The Garrison Swimming pool will continue to operate with the prebooking procedure. As of Wed 5th Aug 20, the swimming pool will be opened on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 1200- 1400 hrs and 1600-1700 hrs for casual swim. Please note that maximum capacity remains at 30 . Only 1 session of 1 hour allowed per day. Individuals must be 12 years and above.

DIO August Maintenance

 

DIO(B) has recently released the August planned maintenance for BFB SFA areas.

While carrying out some of these works, It is possible that electricity, gas and water supply may be affected. DIO contractors will try to minimise any disruption.


BFB personnel are encouraged to regularly check the DIO(B) Planned Maintenance section to see if your SFA has been scheduled for any works. Visit https://www.britishforcesbrunei.co.uk/dio , navigate to Planned Maintenance and choose your SFA area to access all the scheduled works in your specific area.

PCMF Patient De-registration

 


For those who are about to be posted out of Brunei must come to the Primary Care Medical Centre and Dental Centre to de-register. This applies to all personnel, families and all UKBC.



 

Chit Chat Softplay Centre Opening Hours

 

Since Tuesday 28 July, the Chit Chat Softplay Centre has been re-opened following the continued relaxation of restrictions by the MoH. All bookings for time slots can be made by contacting the CS staff or emailing: nicholas.turk234@mod.gov.uk.
